The Museum and Historical Park "Island of Forts" is a new recreation center of St. Petersburg, attracting, among other things, people who are passionate about physical culture and sports. One of its locations is a sports ground equipped with outdoor simulators and FOREMAN ® Outdoor complexes. The sports ground is designed specifically for the "Island of Forts" and is suitable for absolutely everyone, regardless of age and level of physical development — from trained athletes to beginners. A full list of FO power street simulators with variable weights is available to visitors. All outdoor simulators of the FC line are presented here, which stand out for their original appearance: the plastic casing of the FC simulators completely covers the mechanism of variable weights, increasing overall safety when using the simulator and protecting it from external influences. FOREMAN ® outdoor cardio equipment is also installed on the site.

Functional training complexes allow you to perform almost all possible exercises with your own weight. Variety in the training process can be made by using additional elements: a climbing wall, targets for medical balls, a climbing net and attachments. And thanks to the presence of a basketball ring with a shield mounted on one of the frames, and the corresponding marking of the site, the complex allows you to engage in a game sport.
