Press the weight keeping the elbows slightly bent in the lowest position. Smoothly go back to the starting position.  Secure the feet against the roller pads if you are going heavy. Incline the backrest to the maximum forward position for active back resistance.

  • The bolted connections allow for dismantling of the machine and facilitate installation.
