This machine imitates dumbbell bench flyes. The key difference is that it leaves elbow joints idle, while increasing the load on the chest muscles. If you do the flyes correctly, the maximum strain will be at the highest point, while the maximum muscle extension will be experienced at the bottom point. The padded levers are not interconnected, so you can train one arm or two arms in turn. The bench is positioned horizontally, therefore the mid-part of the chest muscles is engaged the most. There is a modulator pedal for comfortable roller grip.
